They are: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We use equipments from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, battle rope, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, floor laddar, resistance bands, rowing machine, punching bags and various mats.
Student must be below 25 yrs of age. Need to submit Aadhaar/Voter ID
